Wanted to give it a higher rating, but a few hiccups.. 1. Was not acknowledged as a diamond member. 2. When we went for breakfast there was no plain bagels. 3. The hot water was not hot in breakfast area. I asked if he could reheat it and he said no that I needed to go back to my room to do that.. 4. I was supposed to get a snack as a diamond member and they didn't offer that to me either.. 5. Room itself was lovely... Lots of water pressure. Order was very hot.. Bed and pillows were good and great t.v.

We have stayed at this hotel several times because it meets our special needs - a handicapped room (suite) with two beds and a roll in shower. Property is well kept up, and staff was very friendly. A little bit noisy due to the close location to I-10, but not too bad by any means. Nice to have a kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, two burner cook top and microwave, as well as dishes and pots and pans. Reasonable price for buying sodas and snacks and such at the front desk. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Booked a 1 bedroom, got a studio. Booked a room with 2 queen beds, got a king. Manager gave me 10k hikton reward points, not worth the difference. It was memorial weekend, we had no choice but to accept what they had.

Excellent stay The whole hotel was very clean and nice, plus the rooms have every amenity you could need. The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming which is always a big plus in my book. The actual hotel was close to the freeway (but far enough not to be noisy) therefore close to every place we needed. I felt my car was safe in the parking lot, I even saw someone patrolling in a golf cart late in the evening. The complementary breakfast was better than any hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Options galore! and the staff in the dining area were wonderful as well ! I will absolutely stay again!

Not bad. A very nice hotel, but way over priced for what you get. I really was not impressed with the 1 King, I bedroom suite. The furnishings were partical board dressers, and stands. Cheap looking in my opinion. The Living room, and the seperate one bedroom were small. The bathroom was the least favorite thing. It was extremely small. One sink area with very little space. The bath towels were nice and big. The little tiny containers of shampoo and conditioner were nothing special. I bring my own anyway, but for a high end hotel they did not shine on many aspects. I did like the 2 TV's, and the remote controlled ceiling fan in the bedroom was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. The Kitchen was nice. Full size refrigerator, but you couldn't get the ice bucket in the freezer. However, I will give the staff a 10. The front desk ladies were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was good, and the staff who kept it up were awesome and made sure everything was refilled, and they came by your table and picked up your plates, and trash. They have a social time in the eating area that was very nice in the evening. All kinds of cheeses, crackers, snacks, and desserts. Wine and I think beer..as well. One major plus for this hotel is that they do have a security guy in a golf cart at night, and he did a great job as well. I was up several times throughout the night checking on our vehicle, and he was always out there All of that was nice, but for a room that cost 250.00 +... I expected more. I will probably not stay at the particular hotel again. I have stayed at way nicer and quieter places for much less.
